A N O N S !!!!!!!! Dear taxpayers!
The State Revenue Service of the Almaty region informs that in all territorial departments of state revenue twice a month on Thursdays in the first and last week of the month at 15-00 hours, it conducts training for the owners of "shop at home" on issuing accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
On January 1, 2021, a pilot project for issuing the SNT began to operate.
The owners of stores at home do not have any obligations to issue accompanying invoices for goods (SNT) for retail sales.
To work with SNTS sent by wholesale suppliers to "stores at home", you need to:
- Have an electronic digital signature (EDS);
- Use the EDS to register in the information system of electronic invoices IS ESF esfsd@mgd.kz (with the help of which, starting from 2016, they must issue an ESF for goods from the list of exemptions);
- Approve the SNT only for excisable goods;
- On a voluntary basis, write out the SNT for the made sale for a month before the 10th day of the next month;
- Issue the SNT only at the request of the buyer within 15 calendar days from the date of implementation;
- Punch fiscal receipts, on the basis of which the goods will be debited from the virtual warehouse.
During the Pilot period, the state revenue authorities do not apply penalties! The duration of the Project Pilot is until 01.07.2021.
