The State Revenue Committee has prepared the TOP 10 questions on the payment of vehicle tax for car owners. These questions are most often received from Kazakhstanis in the Contact Center of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020, the Committee's Contact Center processed more than 670 thousand requests from taxpayers, of which 91% rated the work of the operators as "excellent".
