In order to involve civil society in the fight against the shadow economy, the State Revenue Committee is implementing a number of pilot projects. This was stated by the head of the Committee M. Sultangaziev.
In particular, the project "Civil Control – demand a check" is being implemented, which is aimed at attracting civil society to show zero tolerance towards citizens who hide their income. During the existence of the pilot, 16.5 thousand messages about the non-issuance of checks were received through the Wipon mobile app, of which 5.5 thousand were confirmed, and 4.5 million tenge was paid for them.
Also, Marat Sultangaziev spoke about the pilot "on the discharge of the ESF for medicines". The project was launched in 2020 for the purpose of traceability of medicines of all forms. The number of participants has been increased to 6,7 thousand.
Another important project to increase civic engagement is the pilot "Visual Inspection", with the use of special video and photo recording tools. Explanatory work has already begun, and QR codes are being generated on the SRC website, with the help of which the buyer will be able to identify the seller.
In order to ensure end-to-end traceability of the turnover of goods within the EAEU, a project on the registration of accompanying invoices for goods (SNT), which is issued in the "Virtual Warehouse"module, has been launched since the beginning of 2021.
"To date, a number of problems have been identified, which we have already started to solve. I note that penalties will not be applied during the Pilot period, " Sultangaziyev said.
