On approval of the list of certain types of activities and use of equipment (device) intended for accepting payments using payment cards and (or) accepting payments using the instant payment system, and invalidation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 21, 2016 No. 604 "On approval of the list of certain types of activities and use of equipment (device) intended for accepting payments using payment cards, and invalidation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2014 No. 1147 "On approval of the list of certain types of activities and use of equipment (devices) intended for accepting payments using payment cards"
In accordance with paragraph 11 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On Payments and Payment Systems", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached list of certain types of activities and applications of equipment (device) intended for accepting payments using payment cards (or) accepting payments using the instant payment system.
2. To recognize as invalid the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 21, 2016 No. 604 "On approval of the list of certain types of activities and use of equipment (device) intended for accepting payments using payment cards, and to recognize as invalid the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2014 No. 1147 "On approval of the list of certain types of activities and use of equipment (device) intended for accepting payments using payment cards".
3. This resolution shall enter into force on July 1, 2021.
