On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2018 No. 321 "On approval of the Rules for registration as a user of the information system of state revenue bodies"
1. Make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2018 No. 321 "On approval of the Rules for registration as a user of the Information system of state Revenue Bodies" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 16596, published on March 27, 2018 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) :
the preamble should be worded as follows:
"In accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 1 of Article 87 and paragraph 11 of Article 416 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2017 "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:";
in the Rules for registration as a user of the information system of state revenue bodies approved by the specified order:
paragraph 1 should be worded as follows:
"1. These Rules for registration as a user of the information system of state revenue bodies (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 2) paragraph 1 of Article 87 and paragraph 11 of Article 416 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2017 "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine the procedure for registration as a user of the information system of state revenue bodies.".
2. The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Department of the Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of measures provided for in subparagraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
