Beware of internet scammers!

Dear citizens! Recently, fraud committed using mobile communications has become widespread. These messages are supposedly from the head of the State Revenue Department for the Akmola region, sent by Internet scammers via Telegram, WhatsApp, emails, SMS, messages on social networks, from fake numbers.

WARNING: if you receive such messages, do not withdraw your savings from your account or run to the bank to apply for loans, borrow money from friends and transfer it to scammers. Before taking any actions, including complying with suspicious requests, no matter how threatening they may be, contact your immediate supervisor.

Be especially vigilant and do not trust false mailings. Check the accuracy of the messages received, be sure to check its contents with the information published on official sources of the Department or the State Revenue Committee.

We urge citizens not to respond to suspicious requests and to report any cases of phishing or fraud to the contacts listed on the official website of the Department or Instagram account @mkd_aqmol
