In order to support and develop entrepreneurship, as well as protect consumer rights, the State Revenue Committee, together with fiscal data operators (FDOs), manufacturers and suppliers of cash registers, has carried out work to create a protocol for transferring data from online cash registers to OFD servers (Kazakhtelecom JSC, JSC " Transtelecom, Jusan Mobile JSC, KaR-Tel LLP) version 2.0.2.
Advantages of Protocol 2.0.2:
In order to comply with tax legislation, it is necessary to check the online KKM for compliance with the Protocol version 2.0.2.
If the online CMC works on Protocols other than Protocol 2.0.2, it is necessary to reprogram the online CMC to Protocol version 2.0.2 in advance.
We also inform you that as part of the ongoing work on the universal transition to Protocol 2.0.2, it is planned to block Protocol version 1.2.4 from July 10, 2023.
Additionally, we inform you that in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 284 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", the non–issuance of a KKM check or a sales receipt or the issuance of a KKM check or a sales receipt for an amount greater than or less than the amount paid for the goods or service entails a warning, and in case of repeated acts within a year after the imposition entails a fine.
