In the 3rd quarter of 2024, the Department of State Revenue of the Akmola region received 4,999 applications from legal entities and individuals, the largest number of applications were received on issues of customs administration, rehabilitation and bankruptcy. Of the 4,999 appeals received from legal entities and individuals, 4,131 appeals were considered, of which 2,739 were in the order of administrative procedure, 1,392 were in the order of simplified procedure
