In 2024, the State Revenue Department for the Akmola Region received 6,682 inquiries from legal entities and individuals. The majority of these inquiries concerned tax and customs administration, as well as rehabilitation and bankruptcy proceedings.
Of the 6,682 inquiries received from legal entities and individuals, 5,790 have been processed: 3,712 through the standard administrative procedure and 2,078 through a simplified procedure.
