Electronic invoice statement

As part of measures to prevent an increase in inflation, an increase in prices for food and petroleum products, by Order No. 405 of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2022, "Rules for the implementation of a pilot project to improve the administration of socially significant food products, coal and grain traceable in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of an electronic information system invoices" (hereinafter referred to as the Pilot Project), valid until December 31, 2023.

During the Pilot Project, producers, importers, subsurface users, suppliers, when selling to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs produced (extracted) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or imported socially significant food products (hereinafter - NWPT), coal and grain, issue electronic invoices in accordance with the Rules for issuing invoices in electronic form in information system of electronic invoices and its forms approved by the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2019 No. 370.

Electronic invoices are issued in three ways: on the portal esf.gov.kz , through taxpayer accounting systems or in the IS ESF mobile application. Access to all these methods is free of charge.

The SRC is currently working on extending the Pilot Project until December 31, 2024.
