The tax authorities in the Abai region are working with 1177 taxpayers, micro and small businesses included in the List for writing off penalties and fines in case of payment of the amount of arrears in the personal account as of 01.01.2026.
Of these, 377 are legal entities, 800 are individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms.
The amount of penalties and fines to be written off is 1 076 272.10 thousand tenge. Including the amount of penalties of 957 200.10 thousand tenge, fines - 119,072.00thousandtenge.
In the course of the company's write-off of penalties and fines, arrears in the amount of 2 364 344.30thousandtenge are expected to be received by thebudget.
The company's cancellation of penalties and fines will be carried out until April 1, 2026.
