- tax areas – 146115 or 90.0% of the total number of public services, of which 145664 were provided electronically, on paper 451 or 0.3% of the total number of tax services;
- customs areas – 16209 or 10.0% of the total number of public services, of which 16081 were provided electronically, 128 or 0.8% of the total number of customs services were provided on paper.
