The problem of fighting corruption is one of the most urgent and burning in the life of our society and the state at the present stage of their functioning.
The increase in the level of corruption poses a threat to national and economic security, as it can lead to a slowdown in socio-economic reforms. Corruption has a negative impact on all spheres of public life.
As a result of corruption, a stereotype is formed in society about the low level of competence of civil servants, including state revenue agencies, which contributes to a decrease in the authority of state power.
In this regard, the Department of State Revenue for the Abai region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) measures aimed at combating corruption are carried out on an ongoing basis, namely: visits to the territorial state revenue bodies of the region are carried out to clarify the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a questionnaire is conducted to combat corruption, in order to identify the causes and factors contributing to the manifestation of corruption in state revenue bodies.
