Department According to the results of 8 months of 2026, enforcement measures ensured a reduction in arrears to the budget by 2.0 billion tenge, including due to:
- recoveries from debtors' bank accounts - 461.1 million tenge;
- from the sale of the debtor's property - 22.2 million tenge;
-submission of deferrals/installments - 958.2 million tenge;
-recognition of the re-registration as invalid - 365.0 million tenge;
-recognition of debtors as bankrupt - 39.5 million tenge;
-application of rehabilitation procedure -157.8 million tenge;
-collection of KZT18.1million from debtors' bankaccounts.
According to the results of 9 thematic inspections conducted to comply with the order of the tax authority «On the suspension of cash transactions», 9 taxpayers were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 277 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a fine of 292.0 thousand tenge;
According to the results of 19 thematic inspections, accounts receivable in the amount of 34.1milliontenge were established.
39 taxpayers were brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 288 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstanforfailure to submit a list of debtorswith a "Warning"resolution;
392 taxpayers were brought to administrative responsibility under part 2 of Article 279 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violating the payment deadline under KBK 101201 "IPN, taxable at the source of payment" in the amount of 4.9milliontenge.
120 payers were brought to administrative responsibility for violations of obligations to pay social payments under Articles 91, 92, 92-1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form of a «Warning» announcement, including:
-Article 91onmandatorypensioncontributions to theUAPFin the form of a әWarning"-70;
-Article 92 on social contributions to the State Social Insurance Fund in the form of a «Warning» - 26;
-Article 92-1 on mandatory contributions to the Federal Social Insurance Fund in the form of a «Warning» - 24.
