The Department of State Revenues for the Abai Region hereby reports that by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2026, No. 146, a prohibition has been introduced on the import of fresh chicken eggs (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union code: 040721) into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transport from third countries and from the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. This prohibition excludes the transit of fresh chicken eggs through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as their movement from the territory of one member state of the Eurasian Economic Union to the territory of another member state of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for a period of six months effective from April 21, 2026.
