According to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 193 dated March 25, 2026:
- Starting from April 1, 2026, a ban has been imposed on the export from the Russian Federation to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union of the cash currency of the Russian Federation by individuals in an amount exceeding the equivalent of 100 thousand rubles. USD and calculated at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation established on the date of export by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, regardless of the amount, except in cases where the export of such currency is carried out through air checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation at international airports of the Russian Federation, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, in the presence of bank statements which are certified in accordance with the procedure established by the credit institution that issued them, and confirm the withdrawal of the currency of the Russian Federation from bank accounts (deposits) of individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs exporting such currency, or other documents, the list of which is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
- Starting from May 1, 2026, a ban will be imposed on the export from the Russian Federation by individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of refined gold bars with a total weight of more than 100 grams, except in cases where:
- a) refined gold bullion is exported to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union through air checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation at the international airports of Moscow (Vnukovo), Moscow (Domodedovo), Moscow (Sheremetyevo) and Vladivostok (Knevichi), subject to the conclusion (authorization document) of the Federal Assay Chamber;
- b) refined gold bullion is exported by individuals to non-member states of the Eurasian Economic Union through air checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation at the international airports of Moscow (Vnukovo), Moscow (Domodedovo), Moscow (Sheremetyevo) and Vladivostok (Knevichi), subject to the conclusion (authorization document) of the Federal Assay Office chambers;
- c)refinedgoldbullion is exportedbylegalentitiesandindividualentrepreneurstocountries that arenotmembers of the EurasianEconomic
