Akim of Jalangash rural district A. Malybekov opened the meeting, introduced the agenda of the meeting and asked residents of the rural district to nominate candidates for the secretary of the election meeting of permanent representatives to the community meeting of the district.

On the first and second issues on the agenda, the district akim - A.Malybekov spoke to the audience about the current work of the members of the public council and street committees in the district, and told the audience about the achievements and difficulties encountered during the work.
Residents of the rural district were asked to elect 29 permanent members and a chairman from among these citizens for the local community meeting, and the participants of the meeting were asked to give suggestions.

Chairman of the meeting A. Malybekov introduced the names of 29 candidates from the proposed list and asked the opinion of the meeting participants.

The persons on the list were elected as permanent members of the district-wide local community assembly for a period of 3 (three) years.
