Execution of budget funds for the first quarter of 2026

On the Execution of the Budget of the State Institution
“Akim’s Office of Shyrganak Rural District” of Kegen District for the 1st Quarter of 2026

The State Institution “Akim’s Office of Shyrganak Rural District” of Kegen District executed the budget for the 1st quarter of 2026 in the amount of 16,932,000 tenge, achieving 100% utilization.

Based on the 2025 performance evaluation, 2,634,700 tenge was paid to civil servants.
In addition:

  • 6,056,700 tenge was paid to civil servants,
  • 2,589,700 tenge was paid to technical staff.

Salaries are paid on time.

Business trip expenses:

  • 425,550 tenge paid to the Akim of the rural district for 3 business trips,
  • 426,000 tenge to the Chief Specialist–Accountant for 2 business trips,
  • 220,600 tenge to Chief Specialists for 2 business trips,
  • 77,850 tenge to the official driver for 1 business trip,
  • 50,050 tenge to the youth affairs technical staff member for 1 business trip.

In the field of public procurement, 15 contracts were concluded in the 1st quarter of 2026 and registered with the Treasury authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These include services for snow removal from roads, maintenance of street lighting, communication and internet services, electricity supply, maintenance of computer equipment, and others.

Program 124008029
1,500,000 tenge was allocated for the maintenance of street lighting in Shyrganak village. The procurement was conducted through a request for quotations. The winner was Individual Entrepreneur “Nur-Ali,” with a contract amount of 1,198,000 tenge. Work is in progress; no payments have been made yet.

Program 124009029
1,500,000 tenge was allocated for the removal (disposal) of solid household waste. Procurement was conducted through a request for quotations. The winner was Individual Entrepreneur “Aruzhan,” with a contract amount of 1,299,000 tenge. Work is in progress; no payments have been made yet.

For ensuring sanitary conditions in populated areas, 4,000,000 tenge was allocated. A tender has been announced; results are not yet available.

Program 124011029
1,200,000 tenge was allocated for the production of billboards (banners). Through direct contracting, “Qaradala Media” LLP was selected as the contractor. Work is ongoing; 13% of the funds have been utilized.

Program 124013029
For winter road maintenance (January–February), a direct contract was concluded in the amount of 1,034,482.78 tenge, and the funds have been fully utilized.

Additionally, following an open tender for winter road maintenance, “Zholashar” LLP was awarded the contract in the amount of 5,959,999.99 tenge.
