In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", the standard rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for State Actions dated October 19, 2016 No. 12:
1.2024, from June 03 to June 13, To conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the state institution "Akim's Office Shyrganak rural district".
2. Create a working group to conduct an internal analysis of corruption risks in accordance with the annex to this order.
3. To carry out an internal analysis of corruption risks in the following areas:
1) Identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the state institution "Office of Akim of the Shyrganak rural district" of the Kegensky district;
2) Identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the state institution "Akim's Office of the Shyrganak rural district" of the Kegensky district;
4. Determine the total period for conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks for 12 months of 2023.
5. To familiarize the head of the state institution "Akim's Office of the Shyrganak rural district" of the Kegensky district with the analytical certificate on the day of the end of the internal analysis.
6.To invalidate the order of the akim of the rural district No. 40-r b/n dated September 18, 2023.
