Currently, the country has all the conditions for obtaining socially significant services in electronic form from among the public services provided to the population. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services", the provision of public services in electronic form is carried out through the E-Government web portal (www.egov.kz ). This is an electronic system in which the receipt of public services is maximally automated, optimized, and serves the purpose of reducing the cost of social communications for each member of society. Every citizen of the country has the opportunity to receive an electronic service through an electronic digital signature by registering on the "Electronic Government" web portal, opening the "user account". The "User's Cabinet" is a tool for the public to apply for services in electronic form to the subjects considering it, as well as for official information interaction with government agencies on the use of personal data. This, in turn, will allow modernity to expand the range of opportunities provided to every citizen in the conditions of rapid development of technology, the transition to mass digitalization.
"Electronic digital signature" is a set of electronic digital symbols created by means of an electronic digital signature and confirming the authenticity of an electronic document, its belonging and the immutability of the content. When you receive an EDS on a file carrier with a certificate from the public service center, you can save it to a personal computer. Thus, you can register on the e-Government web portal and use the services of public services in your personal account. You can also get online services through the e-government mobile application with the digital signature saved on your phone.
If you receive public services that require a visit to the PSC, you can queue through the specified mobile application, and then come to the PSC and tell the operator the queue number. This is the most effective way to save time without waiting in line.
