A project aimed at increasing the economic activity of the unemployed over the age of 50;
Age: from 50 years of age of Article 207 of the social code
Until reaching the retirement age established by paragraph 1;
Registration as unemployed;
For the first year of work (from the 1st month to the 12th month), 70% of the established amount of wages, but not more than 30 monthly calculation indices, for the second year of work (from the 13th month to the 24th month) – 65% of the established amount of wages, but not more than 30 monthly calculation indices,
For the third year of work (from the 25th month to the 36th month), 60% of the established amount of wages, but not more than 30 monthly calculation indices.
Term: no more than 36 months.
