Press release on the introduction of restrictions for the period of the EXPO-2017

In order to ensure security for the period of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO-2017, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 1 to September 12, 2017 imposed a restriction for flights over the territory of EXPO-2017 with a radius of 3 kilometers and height up to 3000 meters.

For the duration of the restrictions, it is prohibited to use any aircraft, including unmanned aerial vehicles in close proximity or over the territory of EXPO-2017 without agreement.
