MAZHILISMEN APPROVED A DRAFT LAW PRESCRIBED CREATION OF THE STATE CORPORATION «GOVERNMENT FOR CITIZENS».

Mazhilis of the Parliament of RK on second reading has approved the draft law «On amendments and additions to some acts of RK on the matter of provision of state services». «The purpose of draft law is creation of a single provider for the provision of public services, legislative fixing of the rules governing services provision to the public and compliance with united standards of service quality in the areas of social protection, land relations and registration of real estate».

Currently, through the centers of population service are provided 212 government services. In the first phase the state corporation will provide 522 public services, and on the second stage more than 700. For the selection of services an interdepartmental committee will be created, comprising representatives of all government agencies that provide services. One of the conditions for the transfer of services to the state corporation is their optimization and automation. 

After incorporation of enterprises there will apply united standards for the provision of public services operating in Public Service Centers. For example, if now «SPPC» SE is providing its services from 9.00 to 14.00, and Scientific and Production Center of Land Cadastre from 9.00 to 18.30 hours, the state corporation all services will be provided from 9:00 am to 20:00 pm, including Saturdays.

Besides receipt of applications for services and delivery of ready documents, employees of the state corporation will carry out their processing. Also, in order to provide an access to citizens living in remote rural areas, the infrastructure of «Kazpost» JSC will be used.
