ON THE PORTAL AND MOBILE APPLICATION OF AN ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT OF KAZAKHSTAN «ONE CLICK PAYMENT» SERVICE IS REALIZED

On the portal of electronic government of Kazakhstan egov.kz and its mobile application a service "One click payment" which allows you to pay for the services without re-entering your payment card details. Initiation was done in partnership with CNP Processing.

 

 

If when standard method of payment the user must enter each time the cardholder's name, its full 16-digit number, expiration date, CVV and 3DSecure code and specify the email address and phone number for notification, then the new accelerated payment method eliminates almost all of the above steps, except entering of security codes, if necessary.

 

 

Now users have two options of fast payment: through CNP Processing account or saved card details, previously used for payments on eGov. Note that now the system allows you to pay only for accelerated payments to the budget: taxes, traffic violations charges, fines, taxes and etc.

 

 

While the first method, the user selects "One click payment" whereafter he asked to register and save his card details. In the following in order to make the payment, it is enough to enter login information (username and password) and select the "pay by card automatically".

 

 

In the second embodiment, the payer chooses from a list of previously saved secret number of the card (the last 4 digits are displayed), and enters a CVV code and 3DSecure if an additional protection for online transactions is installed on the card.
