This was announced today in Mazhilis on the discussion of the draft law "On application of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of the industrial-innovation policy”, - told the Minister for Investment and Development Asset Issekeshev.

"Tour operators were imposed obligations to provide a bank guarantee, providing the payment of money in the amount established by the Government in favor of the system administrator in case of violation of citizens' rights. Sure to be transferred to a special account of the system administrator (Tourists Rights Protection Fund) a sum of money from each tourist product realized a citizen of Kazakhstan ", - has noted A. Issekeshev.

In case of violation of human rights in the sphere of outbound tourism, at the expense of these funds measures on return of the tourist to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be taken.
