FROM THE BEGINNING OF 2015 THE POPULATION GOT MORE THAN 24 MLN. STATE SERVICES

From the beginning of 2015 the population got more than 24 mln. state services. Through the portal of «e-government» 875 services are accessible. It was informed by the Minister for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan Asset Issekeshev in the Mazhilis during discussion of the draft Law "On application of amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the matters of provision of state services". “There are 267 PSCs are operating in the country, which have about 200 state services. Only in 2014 more than 29 mln. and for the first 9 months of 2015 - 24 mln. services were provided the PSCs. The main advantage of PSC was the exclusion of corruption risks by ensuring an equal access to services, access to different services in one place and eliminating direct contact between the performers od the services and citizens", - said A.Issekeshev

Discussed today in Mazhilis draft law was developed based on the international experience, on the basis of full cycle of public services provision. That is the reception, processing and issue of documents is carried out by the organization itself.

For the reference: In the National Plan - 100 concrete steps to five institutional reforms realization, the Head of the Government gave a request  "To create a state corporation "Government for citizens", which will become a single provider of public services on the model of Service Canada in Canada and Centrelink in Australia. State Corporation integrates all public service centers into a single system. Kazakhstan citizens will receive all public services in one place".

Taking into consideration the Canadian experience in the first stage of creation the State Corporation, the transfer of the most popular state services is prescribed, which will increase the number of public services rendered by the principle of "one window" from 212 to 522. The further transfer of public services to the State Corporation will bring the number up to 709.
