THE NUMBER OF VIOLATIONS OF TRAFFIC SAFETY RULES OF THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT IN KAZAKHSTAN DICREASED FOR ALMOST 10%

During 8 months of 2015 on the results of inspection and control activities in the sphere of railway transport on the grounds of technical non-compliance operation of 241 units of rolling stock (including 26 locomotives, 215 wagons) are prohibited, 168 stations, sidings and turnouts are closed.

In general, the dynamics of traffic safety is positive. The total number of safety rules violation in comparison with 2014 has decreased by 44 cases or for 9.3% (425 in 2015, 469 in 2014).

In the field of control on water transport as a decrease in the accident rate from 11 to 5 cases with comparison of the same period last year.

In the sphere of road transport during 8 months of 2015 revenues from vehicles tolls were 2.5 bln. tenge. There are 9097 violations of traffic rules were revealed.
