Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1420 of December 1, 2011
In accordance with article 80 of The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16 April 1997 "on housing relations", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached documents:
1) Rules for the provision and use of housing from the public housing Fund or housing rented by a local Executive body in a private housing Fund;
2) a model contract for the rental (sublease) of a dwelling from the public housing stock or a dwelling rented by a local Executive body in a private housing stock.
2. Recognize as invalid certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the first official publication.
