Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 673 of July 2, 2013
In accordance with subparagraph 6-1) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16 April 1997 "on housing relations", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached rules for the privatization of housing from the state housing Fund.
2. Recognize as invalid certain decisions of the Cabinet Of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendices 1, 2 (for official use) to this resolution.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
