Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 728 of June 28, 2014
In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 18, 2012 № 449 "On measures on realization of President's address to people of Kazakhstan dated 14 December 2012 "Strategy "Kazakhstan 2050": new political course of the established state" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the attached regional development Program until 2020 (hereinafter-the Program).
2. Central and local Executive bodies should take measures to implement the Program.
3. Responsible Central and local Executive bodies to provide information according to the action Plan to implement the Program in accordance with the Rules of design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and control of Strategic development plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan, government programs, strategic plans of state bodies, development programs and the development, implementation and monitoring of the Forecast scheme of territorial-spatial development of the country, approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 4, 2010 No. 931 "on certain issues of further functioning of the state planning System in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Recognize as invalid certain decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
5. The Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is responsible for monitoring the implementation of this resolution.

6. This resolution shall enter into force on January 1, 2015.
