By order of the Chairman of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.L-159 dated April 23, 2021, Begaly Saparalievich Shilmenov was appointed head of the Maktaaral regional treasury department of the Treasury Department for the Turkestan region of the TC MF RK.

Shilmenov Begaly Saparalievich, born in 1982. Previously, he held the post of deputy head of the Maktaaral regional treasury department of the Treasury Department for the Turkestan region of the TC MF RK.
