By order of the Chairman of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.L-539 dated October 23, 2020, Utegenov Bakytzhan Serikovich was appointed head of the Shetsk regional treasury department of the Treasury Department for the Karaganda region of the TC MF RK.  

Utegenov Bakytzhan Serikovich, 1976 year of birth. Previously, he held the position of deputy head of the Shetsk regional treasury department of the Treasury Department for the Karaganda region of the TC MF RK.
