A seminar-meeting was held in the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On August 28-29, 2025, a seminar-meeting was held at the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of deputy heads of territorial divisions, representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank, scientific organizations and educational institutions. The event was aimed at discussing key issues of budget execution, increasing financial stability and improving the processes of the state treasury.

On the first day of the seminar, issues of liquidity, accounting for loans and credits, cash circulation, as well as the results of departmental control for the first half of 2025 were considered.

Special attention is paid to changes in the Budget Code and Budget Execution Rules. On the second day, changes in the rules for the formation of registers of public procurement, the introduction of an electronic depository, as well as issues of compliance with the ethical code of civil servants were discussed.
