Results of the competition "Best Treasury Department" and "Best District/City Treasury Department"

On the eve of the Day of the Civil Servant, which is celebrated on June 23, the Treasury Committee held a competition among the units of the Treasury Service.

The initiative is aimed at increasing the prestige of the civil service, strengthening corporate culture and encouraging the effective work of employees. The competition was not only a recognition of the professional achievements of the best teams, but also an important contribution to the formation of a positive image of a civil servant.

The competition was held in two nominations: "Best Treasury Department," "Best District/City Treasury Department."

Key evaluation criteria included:
• Performance and efficiency based on ratings for 2023-2024
• Staff stability - no turnover in 2024
• Condition of buildings - compliance with modern standards, cleanliness, landscaping and landscaping
• Appearance of employees corresponding to the status of a civil servant (elements of national style were welcomed)
• Social activity - participation in sports, cultural and social events, activity in the media and social networks, feedback from government agencies.

All participants of the competition presented various information that tells about their work: photo and video materials, certificates, publications in the media. This evidence has become an important confirmation of professional activity and involvement in corporate life.

2nd place - Treasury Department for Atyrau region
2nd place - Treasury Department for East Kazakhstan region
3rd place - Department of Treasury for Aktobe region
3rd place - Treasury Department for Zhambyl region
3rd place -Treasury Departmen forAlmaty

The members of the commission also noted a high level of creativity when creating a video by the Treasury Department for the Ұ Lytau region. Ұ Lytau Department was awarded the diploma "Best Creative Video."

1st place - Treasury Department for Aksuat District (Abai Region)
1st place - Tulkubas Treasury Department (Turkestan region)
2nd place - Aiyrtau Treasury Department (North Kazakhstan region)
2nd place - Karakian Treasury Department (Mangistau region)
3rd place - Shieli Treasury Department (Kyzylorda region)
3rd place - Nurinsky Treasury Department (Karaganda region)
3rd place - Sarkan Treasury Department (Zhetisu region).
