Today we are introducing our colleague — Tlek Tulkibayev, Project Manager at the Department of Partnership and Regional Projects of KazAID! 

Tlek is a graduate of the prestigious MGIMO University under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and a Master's degree in Global Agricultural Markets. His professional journey began with graduating with honors from S. Demirel College in Translation Studies. 

As a Project Manager at KazAID, Tlek leads key initiatives:
✅ Oversees regional cooperation with the Middle East, the South Caucasus, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Afghanistan
✅ Coordinates engagement with regional and international partners, including in humanitarian assistance
✅ Actively contributes to the implementation of international cooperation programs

Tlek’s language skills are impressive: Kazakh and Russian — fluent, English — fluent, German — B1, French — A2. 
Tlek plays an important role in the development of KazAID, and we are proud to have such qualified professionals on our team!
