KazAID representatives met with the OECD in Paris

On 6 March 2025, KazAID representatives met with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris to discuss Official Development Assistance (ODA) reporting and Kazakhstan's co-operation with the OECD.

Director of the Partnership and Regional Projects Department K. Akhmetova and Department Manager T. Tulkibayev took part in the event from KazAID. During the meeting, the Kazakh delegation presented data on the development of the ODA system in the country, discussed key reporting issues, and participated in a practical session on completing CRS (Creditor Reporting System) reporting forms - a system used to collect and analyse ODA data.

In the afternoon, the agreement between KazAID and the OECD was discussed, where the parties outlined further steps for co-operation. The visit resulted in the formation of a plan to implement OECD recommendations to strengthen the ODA system in Kazakhstan.
