Round table among donor countries on South-South cooperation

On 25 November 2024, in the framework of the Sixth Asia-Pacific Directors General Forum, hosted a round table (brainstorming) among emerging donor countries on South-South and triangular cooperation.

During the event, participants discussed the prospects and challenges of strengthening the international partnership in official development assistance (ODA). As a result of the roundtable, it was agreed to hold annual sessions to assess the effectiveness of co-operation and the implementation of joint projects.
The session was attended by representatives of countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Turkey, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Mexico, Colombia and the Philippines.
