A Professional Lyceum in Kyrgyzstan received support from KazAID in the form of training materials and a website

Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID» handed over training manual on catering organization to the Professional Lyceum No. 21 named after A. Baltagulova, located in Ak-Korgon village of Ala-Buka district of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This collaboration aims to support students in learning in-demand catering organization skills and to strengthen educational ties between the brother countries, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The training materials include manuals on culinary arts, sanitary norms, food management and service, which will help lyceum students deepen their knowledge of the profession and enhance skills in the field of catering and hospitality.

Also, with the assistance of KazAID, a multifunctional website was developed for the lyceum, which is already in active use. The website was created by a talented volunteer programmer Sibanbay Abay from the National Volunteer Network. The books and website were handed over thanks to a KazAID grant that supports the development of professional education in Central Asia. KazAID will continue to implement educational initiatives that promote skills development and strengthening of partnership in the region.
