A competition has been announced for the vacant position of Senior Manager

Kazakhstan Agency of International Development "KazAID" announces a competition for the vacant position:

Senior Manager of Monitoring and Administration Department - 1 vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Understanding: the Senior Manager should have an understanding of the technical aspects of construction and design, including knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods, engineering systems, etc.;
  2. Management skills in the development of design and construction documents;
  3. Interaction on an ongoing basis with experts performing technical and author's supervision;
  4. Communication skills: importance of good communication skills to interact with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other project participants, as well as to resolve conflicts and problems in the process;
  5. Analytical skills: the Senior Manager should be able to analyze technical and economic aspects of the project, assess risks and make informed decisions to optimize the documentation development process;
  6. Organizational Skills: The Senior Manager must have good organizational skills to plan and manage the process of project documentation development and to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards;
  7. Participation in the acceptance and commissioning of construction projects;
  8. Reviewing and promoting proposals and improvements that reduce cost and shorten construction time.

Requirements for candidates:

- Higher education – preferably in construction, industrial and civil construction;

- At least 5 years of work experience in construction and/or design;

- Proficiency in PC - AutoCad, reading schemes and drawings, MS Office, MS Project, Outlook, Excel;

- Analytical skills;

- Certificates of the expert carrying out expert works in the sphere of architectural, town-planning and construction activity.
