The Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID» coordinates humanitarian aid to Afghanistan from the people of Kazakhstan

11 October 2023, Herat, Afghanistan – Representative of the Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID» S.S. Nurzhan arrived to Afghanistan with humanitarian aid from the people of Kazakhstan on the consequences of the devastating earthquakes that struck the province of Herat on 7 October this year.

The first aircraft delivered medical supplies, tents with a capacity of up to 1,200 people.

The Kazakhstan Agency of International Development «KazAID» is a subordinate organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and carries out the role of coordinators of humanitarian aid provided from the people of Kazakhstan.
