Organization of a seminar on the development of digitalization in the provision of public services for specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic in collaboration with MDAI, JSC "National Information Technologies", NJSC “State Corporation” Government for Citizens", JSC "DAMU" Entrepreneurship Development Fund", UNESCAP, and specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic.

Purpose of the seminar: Assistance in the development of electronic services for citizens and entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic by providing technical assistance in optimizing the provision of public services and expert support in the field of electronic services.

Topics: Development of electronic services, optimization of the provision of public services, electronic signature, changes in legislation in the field of digitalization.

Venue: Conference hall Holiday Inn Almaty, Almaty.

Target audience: 15 specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic.

Project description: The seminar was implemented in cooperation with representatives of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "National Information Technologies", NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens", JSC "Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu", Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP UN) and specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic.

Within the framework of the seminar, participants were given the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of leading Kazakh specialists and experts of UNESCAP and receive advice on their issues. The participants also exchanged contacts and agreed to support mutual communication.
