Seminar in the field of effective business management

March 2-4, 2022, KazAID, in cooperation with the Japan International
Cooperation Agency (JICA) organized a joint online seminar for
entrepreneurs from Tajikistan and Turkmenistan with the support of the
Kazakhstan-Japan Center for Human Resource Development (KJC).

 

 

 

The seminar was attended by entrepreneurs, representatives of industrial and business associations, business consultants representatives of non-
governmental organizations and microcredit funds of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

 

The following topics were covered during the seminar:

  • Introduction to Kaizen
  • application of lean production tools
  • basics of company diagnostics
  • Development and realization of "Kaizen" programs
  • Kaizen office creation, etc..

 

This seminar showed the interest in activities on business promotion
and management. As a result of the seminar, there was a request from
JICA representatives to continue cooperation in the same direction and
in other areas.

 

100% Surveyed  participants rated the quality of the event as 4 or 5 out of 5

 

*Most participants (57%) rated the overall quality of the event a 4 out of 5 and 43% rated it a 5 out of 5. According to the group surveyed, the event was useful and effective.
