Meeting between KazAID and UNICEF in Kazakhstan

On October 31, 2025, in Astana, a meeting took place between Arken Arystanov, Chairman of KazAID, and Ivelina Borisova, Regional Advisor on Early Childhood Development at UNICEF.

During the meeting, the parties discussed UNICEF’s initiative — the Childcare and Early Learning Financing Facility (CELFF), aimed at developing infrastructure and improving the quality of early childhood education.

Particular attention was given to the prospects for cooperation between KazAID and UNICEF in 2026 in the field of early childhood development, including potential joint projects and experience exchange in implementing educational initiatives.

The meeting highlighted the shared commitment of both sides to strengthening sustainable development.
