Day 3 of the “Dostyk: Digitalization” program – Certificate Ceremony

Astana, August 27, 2025 – The three-day seminar within the “Dostyk: Digitalization” program, organized by KazAID in cooperation with KOICA, has come to an end.

The seminar gathered government officials from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan.

Lectures of the third day:

Azamat Baymen, Managing Director for Marketing and Strategy, NITEC – the national operator of Kazakhstan for e-Government.
• Gulmira Isabekova, Deputy Chairperson, NITEC – e-Government, open data, and integration services.
• Alexey Samoilov, Managing Director for Artificial Intelligence, NITEC, and
Alibi Zhangeldin, Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, NITEC – the national AI platform and the creation of AI agents.
• Yusup Tumgoev, Co-founder of TrustMe – from pilot projects to scalable solutions: making digitalization effective in Central Asia.

 The program concluded with a festive certificate awarding ceremony for the seminar participants.

We believe that the knowledge and experience gained within the “Dostyk: Digitalization” program will contribute to the development of digital public governance and the strengthening of regional cooperation.
