Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held personal receptions of residents of the region 28 times during the year. More than 300 people addressed the head of the region with their problems and questions. In addition, meetings with residents were held in all cities and districts, followed by a personal reception.

Explanations were given regarding the provision of apartments and the repair of the balcony.

Alexey Karpenko, a resident of Priozersk, spoke online about the problem with an apartment building that requires thermal insulation.

– I am the head of the household, I appeal on behalf of all residents. The house was built in 1972, and no one has been working on it for a long time. Due to the fact that the interplate connections are broken, many apartments are flooded with water from the inside during the rains. Thermal insulation is also broken," he explained.

Mayor of Priozersk Mansur Akhmetov said that the problem is known and calculations have already been made for facade insulation.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev instructed to speed up the resolution of the issue. To do this, it is necessary to develop design and estimate documentation.

– Then apply. We will support it, and we will find financing for next year," the governor of the region said.
