Task No. 1 – modernization of infrastructure: Ermaganbet Bulekpayev named priorities in the development of Sarani

Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held 13 meetings with residents this year, at which about 400 questions were raised.

139 people applied for a personal reception of the head of the region in cities and districts. An open dialogue helps to identify the range of issues that need to be addressed.

The final meeting was held in Sarani, in the city House of Culture.

– In general, Saran is developing, but there is still something to work on. First of all, it is the modernization of housing and communal services, the renewal of engineering infrastructure. The reconstruction of water supply networks is underway, work has begun on the modernization of the second water lift. These projects should be completed next year to ensure a stable water supply to the city, – said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.

The issue of heat supply is also not removed from the agenda. The contractor continues the routine adjustment of the equipment. The output of the heat source to the planned capacity remains under constant control.

It is also necessary to upgrade the power grid.

Due to the diversification of the economy, Saran has moved out of the category of single-industry towns. Currently, 9 investment projects worth about 380 billion tenge are being implemented at the sites of the northern industrial and industrial zone Saran, with the creation of about 6 thousand jobs.

At the meeting, residents asked if it was possible to build a separate road from the industrial zone to Karaganda. In this case, heavy trucks will not load the existing highway. They promised to explore the possibilities of the project.

Issues of housing and communal services and transport were also raised. The governor of the region immediately gave instructions on a number of them.

The new mayor of the city, Daryn Bulkayyr, has been tasked with landscaping, restoring order and cleanliness. In particular, there should be a program for courtyards and house facades.

– Since the beginning of the year, I have held meetings in all cities and districts. Business issues are being raised everywhere. These are mainly housing and communal services, housing, landscaping. Everyday issues that residents of our region directly face. We still have to take stock. Something has already been decided. There are issues that require some study and analysis to work out solutions," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.
