Ermaganbet Bulekpayev met with residents of Balkhash

Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev met with Balkhash residents. They noted that a lot is being done in the city now in terms of landscaping, improving heat and water supply, but of course there are problems. Residents raised issues of emergency houses, the condition of facad
es and roofs, the procedure for issuing land plots for individual housing construction, asphalting roads, healthcare, etc.

All these problems are gradually being solved. The reconstruction of heating and water supply networks continues. Funds are also allocated annually for landscaping. Nine yards will be put in order this year. There is a separate program for the renovation and restoration of sports grounds.

The representative of the Council of veterans of Balkhash, Taitoleu Zhumanov, expressed gratitude for the work that is going to the city and noted that the appearance of the city is important for the development of tourism. There are 598 storey buildings in Balkhash, of which 410 facades and roofs need to be repaired. Work should begin next year.

– In recent years, large-scale work has been carried out in the city. We can see that. Now I am interested in the issues of facades of houses and bridges. There were two bridges on the site of the access road. Only one is active today. But one thing is clearly missing: it is poorly loaded. Are there plans to rebuild the bridge? Taitoleu Zhumanov asked.

The akim of the region supported the aksakal.

– I know about the bridge. We are planning a reconstruction in the future. I will give the mayor of the city the task to prepare the documents," Yermaganbet Bulekpayev said. – Next year we will start repairing inner-city roads and house facades.

A resident of Balkhash asked when the issuance of land plots for individual housing construction would begin.

– Engineering communications have been extended to 300 land plots in the Samal microdistrict. This year we will start developing design estimates for another 400 sites. The project is moving to 2025. And after summing up the engineering and communication infrastructure, it will be possible to issue land," said Sapar Satayev, the head of Balkhash.

Balkhash residents also asked when the road to Karamendi bi would be repaired. It will not be possible to put the street in order this year: more communications need to be laid. The road will begin to be made next year.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev listened to the residents' questions, and took control of those that could not be answered immediately. He also called on the citizens to understand the temporary inconveniences due to the large-scale reconstruction of utility networks.

– The Balkhash region is developing rapidly. There is a large-scale reconstruction of water and heating networks, repair of roads. The improvement of the embankment of the city beach area has begun. The big question is sewage treatment plants. Design and estimate documentation is currently being developed. The STP will be built. Everything is being done gradually, it takes time," says the head of the region.

After the meeting with the population, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held a reception for residents on personal issues.
