Ermaganbet Bulekpayev set tasks for the development of the regional center

It is necessary to create about two thousand new jobs in Karaganda. And this requires not only the support of entrepreneurial initiatives, but also the development of infrastructure. This year, the city will commission a third heat sink, which will provide thermal energy to new housing and business facilities. It is also necessary to solve the problem of connecting new production facilities to energy capacities.

The head of the region, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, held a meeting on the development of the regional center and set a number of key tasks.

– Karaganda is not only the regional center, but also the core of the Karaganda agglomeration. For the development of the agglomeration, it is necessary to improve the coordination of infrastructure development, solve problems related to high wear of networks, transport, environmental issues and others. One of the main tasks is the employment of residents, it is necessary to create about two thousand new jobs in the city," the governor of the region said.

Housing construction is another priority. Today, more than 19 thousand people are on the waiting list for housing in the city. This year it is planned to build 350 thousand square meters of housing.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev pointed out the low rates of gasification. Out of six thousand possible subscribers, only two thousand have connected to blue fuel. Construction of new launch complexes is planned this year. Interest-free loans for connecting homes to gas will continue to be issued.

The next task is to ensure 100% access to centralized water supply. Today, more than 5 thousand residents of Karaganda do not have this service. The governor of the region gave instructions for the construction of water supply networks on Kosmonavtov, Kamskaya, Gudermesskaya streets, as well as at Bolshaya Mikhaylovka station, in the Maikuduk, Prishakhtinsk districts, including in Novaya Tikhonovka, Sortirovka. It is necessary to start projects this year.

This year, it is required to connect the Shakhtersky village to the heat. The head of the region noted that the issue of heat needs to be resolved for the residents of Novouzenka.

Ermaganbet Bulekpayev drew attention to the unsatisfactory condition of the collectors of “Karagandy Su” LLP, which is why accidents occur. To solve this situation, he demanded to adopt an action plan.

The task in the social sphere is the construction of new schools and additional education organizations. Four new schools are to be commissioned in Karaganda this year. A Center for the development of creativity will open in Prishakhtinsk. The governor of the region instructed to prepare a similar project in Maikuduk.

More than 25 thousand people with disabilities live in Karaganda. Ermaganbet Bulekpaev instructed them to help them find work. There are also problems with the available environment, they need to be solved.
