In the regional center, at two meetings with the head of the Karaganda region, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, residents raised 150 problematic issues. Most of them have already been solved.

The issues mainly concerned landscaping, repair of playgrounds, and road conditions.

For example, residents of Prishakhtinsk asked to repair a playground in the courtyard of 17 Methodical Street and in the 21st microdistrict. The work has been completed.

And in the courtyard of the 14th house in the 21st microdistrict, asphalt was laid in front of the entrances. In the 22nd microdistrict, the territory of the former gas holders was put in order, communications were dismantled.

After the residents' appeal, a park was landscaped on 177 Zhambyl Street. Paving stones were laid, a children's swing was installed, a workout area was made, lighting was made.

Residents of the ZHBI district were interested in the fate of abandoned high-rise buildings. The issue of the restoration of two houses on Stakhanovskaya Street has been resolved: the necessary legal procedures have been carried out, and a reconstruction project is being prepared.

At the request of summer residents in the area of the Fedorovsky reservoir, old electric poles were replaced.

There are a number of solutions for roads. A problem area was repaired at the Sorting station.

Residents of the Finnish village asked to fill the road, partially completed the work, and repairs were planned for 2024.

In addition, the repair of roads in the private sector of the city will continue next year.

Questions were also raised about the insulation of heating mains. These works are constantly being carried out, and the modernization of the insulation of heating networks will continue.
