Repair of heating systems and dog walking grounds: what Temirtau residents asked the akim of the region for at meetings

Residents of Temirtau at meetings with Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev voiced 63 problematic issues, 56 of them have already been worked out.

The stable passage of the heating season and the reduction of heat loss is the number one issue that worried many citizens. To solve it, about 30 km of thermal trunk networks were repaired in Temirtau over the summer. It is planned to increase the volume of heating network repairs next year.

Dog walking grounds are another issue raised during meetings with the head of the region. Said and done: playgrounds have appeared in the city, a room has been allocated for a shelter for homeless animals, and a school of animal welfare is working to develop the animal protection movement.

The modern Youth Center is a dream of young citizens, which also came true this year. They can practice dancing, music at the center, as well as have fun and spend their leisure time usefully.

A preferential youth mortgage has also been launched in the city. Thanks to this program, dozens of young families were able to purchase housing.

To support and protect women from domestic violence, the city has opened the first state Crisis center with full-time accommodation for up to 12 months.

In addition, thanks to the meetings, the problems of individual citizens were solved. So, for example, residents of Nekrasov Street are connected to the central water supply. Aqua-Trading LLP has completed work on laying water supply networks.

At the Quarry station, the old street lighting poles were replaced with new ones, and a new highway was made at the Zhanaaul station.

The repair of the road to the Muslim and Christian cemeteries in the area of Teschin Gorge and the road to the pioneer camps has been completed.

At the request of residents, a new playground was installed in the courtyard of Republic Avenue, 16.

This year, Temirtau hosted two meetings of the akim of the Karaganda region with the population. Work on the implementation of the remaining issues will continue.
